Fighter Orders seriously need a proper Update - add same bind orders to Multicrew

Ever since Fighters were added I had hoped we could have more options soon as these all felt a bit limiting.
After using Fighter Orders for some time now it has become clear that the 5 Orders are NOT WORTHY and are in fact a bluff for the guy who designed these. Someone who simply copy/pasted the actions onto different orders! Lazy work and not good at all.

The way it is: -

1. REQUEST FIGHTER DOCK (yet they never bother to request this themselves - they should do if <50% Hull)
2. DEFENSIVE BEHAVIOUR (attacks if you are attacked)
3. AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR (attacks any Ship which attacks you)
4. FOCUS TARGET (attacks your target at that time only)
5. HOLD FIRE (same as FOLLOW - eh? this is lazy!)
6. HOLD POSITION (why? they'd be useless if left behind you OR a sitting duck if engaged)
7. FOLLOW (never a voice com here but they always follow upon completing a kill and NEVER disengage a fight and ignore this order!)
The lowdown = leave them on Defensive Mode and forget about anything else!

It needs: -

1. REQUEST FIGHTER DOCK (also have NPC request Docking if <50% Hull)
2. DEFENSIVE BEHAVIOUR (only Ships attacking and prioritize any not focused by Mothership to cover)
3. AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR (scans & attacks any WANTED [it already shares data] without waiting for them to attack first)
4. FOCUS TARGET
5. HOLD FIRE (just as it says - not to retreat and Follow as it does so now - Focus Target to resume fire)
6. SCAN FOR TARGETS (as a Scout and much more useful to plan attacks - all data is shared - if non on Radar then go ahead to search longer range) Currently whilst they say, "scanning for targets" = they don't!
7. FOLLOW (as a retreat to get Shields back up [never enough warning here] and regroup to recall after 3. & 6.

Why no update on this in the 2.3 major Update? This is very worrying when concerning the addition of Multicrew development to integrate into the game rather than an added just for lols kick. Been there done it all in BETA and now I want the advantages of Crew please!

Same order binds should get handed to Multicrew Fighters and GUNNER should get use of the same SELECT WINGMANS TARGET as well as have a RADAR OVERLAY within exterior view. The cockpit Gunner Radar View should also show the Ship Holos for each one it selects and have a purpose e.g. you see a target on radar, switch to exterior and then scan it with KWS but also you get a Zoom for increased range. Non of the Gunner Switching Modes are useful just as the Fighter Orders are and this is what worries me.
