Dinosaurs Fighting animations for Sauropods

The AI sauropods (Brachiosaurus, Camarasaurus, Apatosaurus, Diplodocus, Mamenchisaurus, Dreadnoughtus, Ankylodocus, and Nigersaurus) need their own new fighting animations against large theropods, especially Indominus rex.

  • Tail whipping
  • Kicking
  • Stomping
  • Necking
  • Herding behaviors (for defense though)

That goes against the I. Rex's nature in JW. It was a monster that could easily take out sauropods. However, Ankylodocus should fight back, since it's also a hybrid.

I rex ´s nature? yeah she can take down easily the sauropods but it´s not an argument for not give to the sauropods the chance of fightback or give them 2 animation base on porcentage 1 animation the comnon when the sauropod just die. and a 2nd one that can hit to the predator whit the tail and make it change his objecive that simple think will make the sauropods feels more alive
I'm not sure if randomizing, differentiating combat sequences can be a thing for any species, at least not yet. If anything, I think only the Ankylodocus should be the only one to be able to hurt the Indominus rex somehow, just so not only does it make the Ankylodocus more unique and rewarding as a DLC exclusive species, but so that the Indominus rex doesn't feel less special that what it is in the entire franchise.

There's only two fighting animations that I could think of to be picked, and they could be separated by the rigs

Memenchi, Brachiosaurus, Camarasarus, Dreadnoughtus, those types of rigs can rear back on their hind legs, and bring their front legs down (Along with all their body weight) onto the offending carnivore, It'd would be an instant kill.

Meanwhile Ankylodocus, Diplodocus, Apatosaurus, those types of rigs, would probably use a tail whip animation, since their tails are their deadliest weapon, It was suggested that Diplodocus's tail whip could break the sound barrier, causing a cracking noise when it whipped it's tail.

This isn't to bad, but NO to Nigerasaurus. It SHOULD be defensless, due to its small size.

I would love for the sauropods to be able to defend themselves. However, Nigersaurus should be defenseless, especially against large carnivores. It makes sense that Nigersaurus should be able to defend itself against medium carnivores, but there's currently no distinction between medium and large carnivores so I'm not sure if that would be possible.

That's EXACTLY what I've been thinking. However, I disagree that the stomp attack should be a one-hit kill. Although it would be realistic for it to be a one-hit kill, it should be based on the dinosaur's combat stats. But in this case, attack and defense slots would probably need to be added to the sauropods' genome, since Ankylodocus is the only sauropod that's able to have her attack and defense modified.
