Filter for bookmarks in panel 1, local system.

Now with colonization and fleet carriers swarming around critical loading points the need for this is more evident. I need a way to filter out all fleet carriers and then only see the bookmarked ones. With that I can find and select both my own carrier and our squadrons carriers. The obvious solution is to have a filter to see only local bookmarked objects.

Yes, it's a common suggestion, and still needed.

Simple implementation: don't ever filter out something that is bookmarked. If it has a bookmark, you're interested in it.
