I played campain yesterday and choose to add chimpanses in a habitat in the second tutorial. I selected all the biomes which should work with the animal. The selected plants are mixed (for example asian/tropic)... asian wasn't selected in the filter, so this plant which is mixed like that shouldn't show up in the filtered plants. When I selected the asian AND tropic plant, the chimpanse wasn't happy about that plant even when it's a tropic plant too, so I had to search for plants which only have one biome or exact the same biomes as declared. I think when a plant says "tropic" and even when the second biome don't fit to the animal, the animal should understand it's a tropical plant. Right now it says... okay it's tropical but asian too so I don't like it. This is really strange and the filters don't help, because you still have to search plants which fit exactly on your own. I had the same issue in beta with the wolves, which didn't understand tundra and for example north american at one plant together... it's still a tundra plant, but not counted as that. I would love to see a change there.
And there are many more plants which share even more biomes, which you can't use when one of them don't fits to the animal.
