I just wanted to share with you guys something I have just discovered and I haven't really seen discussed about before.

I was looking through Netflix, and saw this show called Final Space an animated SciFi Series..

My initial reaction was, ah... a Rick and Morty wannabe and didnt pay it much notice, but bookmarked it all the same.

Yesterday my wife and I sat down to watch some netflix and thought what the hell we will give it a go... BOY.. was I surprised or what...

Although initially, the main character can seem a little annoying, the series story-line and character development has blown me away. And to be honest, in my opinion, is significantly better than Rick and Morty..

It is a comedy series, but its also dark at moments, and dare I say it.. emotional..

We ended up watching 6 episodes back to back, and will watch the remaining 4 this weekend..

I would seriously recommend anyone who loves Futurama, Rick and Morty, or anything along those lines to check it out.

Totally agree.
Great show. And its essentially a movie in episodic format. They aren't stand alone episodes.

He has nothing to do with the story, he just produced it, meaning funded it.

Watched it expecting kind of a Futurama clone. Instead ended up with quite a good sci fi story that had some surprising 'punch you in the feels' moments.

I watched the full set of episodes start to finished and loved the entire series. Left a huge "might have a season two coming" thread hanging there but still no news on when or if season two is coming out yet.
