Now my question is : Since we are able to buy from Jameson Memorial for price deduction of 10% in weapons , shouldn't we be able to sell them 10% more in another station since the other station doesn't have the percentage discount?

Nope...that would just be a recipe for disaster....unlimited money just by jumping back and forth...would be completely broken.

and don't worry weapons, and modules sell for what you purchased them for even at Jameson Memorial.
The buyback won't have the new discount applied you'll have to switch modes or leave the system if you want to trade in your setup for a cheaper outfit and rebuy.

Right on, CMDR! I have just recently made it to Elite (in trading - still Dangerous in combat and Ranger in exploration) and I'm currently enjoying the facilities of my new home at Jameson Memorial. Nice place! You'll find me at the bar, getting the drinks in and planning my next exploration trip for when Horizons hits.
