Yeah, there's quite a few in the bubble. But this is because many, if not most, of the earthlikes in the bubble have been terraformed, so they wouldn't have started as earthlikes (just like Mars). This is why there is such a large concentration of earthlike worlds in the bubble.

Its not a common find for sure, I have 16k system visited by now and only found one ELW duo myself. Was quite unexpected, was on my way back already pretty close to the bubble when I found them lying around there untagged less then 1000ly from Sol.

And I still haven't found a untagged ELW with rings or a ELW moon. Tough I'm also not really trying to find ELWs, I just go where the routplotter gets me to ^^

Should I feel smug that I've tagged both a double ELW system and a ringed ELW? If you can find a pair of ringed ELWs I'd be super impressed and jealous as hell.

Im not sure i would want to live on an ELW with a ring system. Planetary atmospheres can swell and cause drag on orbiting bodies when they heat up.
One very warm season and drag might be created beyond the Roche limit and some of that ring material might start to spiral inwards.

Is there a league table of explorers?

I have a Pristine metal rich ringed ELW that I found out towards the Formidine Rift but not a double.

you are the kind of person if they found a diamond weighing 2 kg you would complain it was heavy and not as sparkly as it should be and whats the fuss about?
