So I finally got a few minutes to try CQC. Well, I couldn't it to do anything. Probably because I've never played CQC before and have no idea what I'm doing. I got to the screen where it lets you select what mode you want to play and you can see your rank and ship, etc. So after you select death match or whatever, what then? I never saw an option to go to the lobby or do anything else. What am I missing? is there suppose to be something on this page that shows anyone else waiting for a game? How do I get this thing to start? I tried it stand alone and through Steam.
There's currently a really stupid bug where the buttons for different modes don't respond to mouse clicks. You have to either just the joystick or just hover with the mouse and use the keyboard. It's really dumb, but apparently it's fixed in 2.4.
Once you do that, you'll see a "searching for match" screen. Depending on your timezone and luck, you may get one very quickly or never.
