Finances problem

Hello everyone,
I'm here to ask a question about the finances, see the image

my cash flow is + 101$ and my total profit in the red
What is the difference / how to solve this problem?
Thank you for your answers

From memory, the large minus figure -$396 at the top, is due to refunds - your guests are unhappy about something. Click in that box and it will give you more details. It may be the food cost of some animals too. Either way, clicking in that box to enlarge will give you more information about where your money is going.

Hello and thanks for the answer but my guest are happy (they dont ask for refund) and i still dont understand why the "tresorerie" is at +101 632$ and my "bénéfice totaux" is at -16 187$.
i dont get the difference between these two

Well, going by those finances your feeding costs in the negative months went up by 70k from the last year, so something happened there. Check to see if your animals (especially Lions or Polar Bears if you have those) got any offspring in that time, they're the most expensive you can get.

You could also save a whole lot of money if you switched over to renewable energy sources instead of transformers, since those are free and you're currently paying about 60k for electricity each year. Other than that I couldn't really find something off.

Ty Nioell for your advice, i do have lions and polar bear and yes they did have babies, should i only have one of those species ?
I'll switch to renewable energy source then, its going to cost but its worth the investment

You're welcome. You can keep both species but should always make sure the zoo can properly support them and maybe don't keep a whole pride of lions but rather just a pair or small group of 3. And yes, the change to renewable sources is a bit costly when your zoo's already so big but it really saves you a lot. Plus you can put them closer to guests because they have a smaller negative impact radius, solar panels have none at all even.
