Discord is a relay based voice and text communication platform, user friendly and highly customizable, that does not require installing an app. It works primarily on any web browser.
An app is however available on PC, Mac (Linux soon) ; as well as on Android and iOS.
I consider 'public' a server where anyone can chat in at least one channel without needing to be registered on a forum, a website and such.
If you wish your server to be added to the list, please post all relevant information.
For already listed servers, be sure to give me more intel if relevant.
