Find this object in PRO EURL JP-D D13-2 B 1

Hi all,

First time posted on this forum, I hope I done this right and sorry if not - anyways find this at PRO EURL JP-D D13-2 B 1 at coordinates -71.1891 by -145.8359. On one side its got marking RF-78, tried using the data scanner all it did is say public on the target panel. UPDATE: When I drive to it it makes odd clicking noises. Do anyone know what it is?

That's a crashed nav-beacon or sth like that. Unfortunately nothing rare. I think you can scan it for a few credits.

Thanks for showing the links and the quick responese, sad it's nothing new - I will keep exploring.
 
And yes, it's a randomly generated spawned object. It is not a persistent POI. Other people can go to those same co-ordinates and not see it. If you leave and come back to try to find it again, you won't see it either.

The "clicking noises" are Morse code.

Functional nav beacons that you find up in space constantly transmit, in Morse code, the name of the star they are orbiting. These crashed ones send out the letters of the word "BROKEN", in random order.
