Newcomer / Intro Finding a station

How can i find a specific station without knowing the system?
I saw a station called 'cooke' something somewhere but cant figure out which system it was.
Hmm.. my last name is cooke and i'd like to hang arround my station
Anyone got an idea?

Somebody in another thread said they found a station by typing the name into the search function of the nav map. You could give that a try.

It's true: the search function in the galaxy map works for system names as well as station names.

It was me. It works. Give me a few minutes to log in and I'll see if it works again.

And the previous thread was something like Luk be a station tonight.

The galaxy map takes me to a system called Fomalhaut but I can't see what is there as I have no data for that system. Let us know if that's it.
