After taking up bounty hunting in Federation space, I've racked up a nice profit. Unfortunately I have a lot of unclaimed bounty in Empire (That Kill-Warrant Scanner...) so I've decided to leave LHS3447 and find somewhere more remote, closer to Federation and Empire.
Now I've found a system (Icontia I think?) that has a Federation system, Empire system and Anarchy systems relatively close (A few jumps, forgot how many LY).
Is there anything you need to think about when choosing a system for bounty hunting? Are there security levels (Like that other MMO...) that defines NPC bounty size, how do I know if a system is "High-Tech" and provides propper upgrades? (I've checked the map and see that a few stations around the area has Outfitting and a Shipyard).
