Newcomer / Intro Finding allys and friends on PC

I've got the basics down, i know how to earn plenty of credits for my self, i have already bought an eagle and have it to the status of my liking, for combat, and I wish to find a group to assist and progress with. Finding the community is hard in this game, so I'm reaching out on this forum and hopefully it'll be beneficial.

I have yet to pledge Allegiance to any faction until I find people who want to take me into their group.
If you are interested in having a more "up to par" new CMDR in your group hit me up.

Glad you're having fun!
I would advise against pledging yourself to any power for the time being, as it brings quite a lot of difficulties (like making yourself a target for 2/3 of the inhabited space. ;)

As for the friends to play with, there is a Dangerous Groups section, here on the forums where various player groups "advertise" themselves. You can flick through it and join the group you like, if they'll have you.
I can also recommend the inara.cz site. It also has lots of people and groups you can apply to, among many other things (Inara is really awesome for many different reasons)
