Horizons Finding Asteroid Bases In Deep Space

I am almost near the core. Is there a way on there a way on the Galaxy Map to find nearby asteroid bases out in Deep Space?

Look for systems with populations, use the galaxy map filter options. Most of them seem to be located in nebulae.

Not sure why anyone would establish an asteroid base so far out?

For deep space explorers, like me. Too bad they are basicly impossible to find

Isn't there only something like 30 asteroid bases?

The known are listed there. I think something like 26/32 have been found.

If you want to see and land at an asteroid station there is one, in a system one single jump from Maia go to Maia and explore a bit

Asteroid bases..

I've found a few bases so far, currently searching for one in the Skaud nebula.

The few I've found were in the Lagoon and Orion nebulae, and of course the Lave asteroid base.
