Newcomer / Intro Finding Conflict Zones

I seem to remember there was a way of finding systems with a civil war going on from the galaxy map, but either I'm doing it wrong or the whole galaxy has suddenly decided to get along.

Any tips on finding these conflict zones?

While trading every so often i stumble upon a little war, they are not that uncommon. I would estimate that more than one in 50 (inhabited) systems have some kind of conflict going on.
