LFT 926, Nuenets and Bunda seem to be your closest bets.

I got a ton of those by blasting Known Pirates from assassination missions. They drop as Materials upon their explosion. Especially when I knock off one in a 'Vette. I think that means you should be working for and around Federation systems.
