Finding interstellar factors

Quick query - and I'm probably just being dense, but I've spent about 10mins trying to do it and it's driving me crazy.

How do you find which station has an interstellar factors on the system map? I've got it to tell me there's one in this system but clicking (or rather clicking to centre it and then holding - if I just try to hold it moves and I can't hold grrr) and pulling up the information icon doesn't give me the information of what facilities are there like it used to (just a big box icon with the economy on it)

How do you do this?

Okay got a bit further on - if you zoom into the planet and select the "features" icon having clicked on the port (in orange) then it shows you a list.

If you select the port from the left and list of icons and select features whilst zoomed out it tells you the features of the planet it's on (materials % etc), I think this is probably a bug.

As far as I can find there isn't actually an interstellar factors in the Fotla system despite it showing up on the galaxy map.

Similarly eddb and inara station searches seem to be messed up.

So anyone know where there is an interstellar factors so I can clear my criminal record etc. (not done anything too bad just station docking/failled missions, accidentally shot a defence turret whilst trying to target pirates).

Atm I don't trust the in game map regarding such information. The galaxy map showed me wrong stars most of the time, when I seeked there for Interstellar Factors. So better using external resources to find things. Like the website inara.cz.
For an additional example: This website show the difference too between Technology Brokers, which are available for human tech and for guardian tech.

In Fotla look for anything owned by Fotla Blue Society (The resident Anarchy faction)
Per Inara, they own Leighton Horticultural and Torres's Productions
Both have large pads

I don't have system info for Fotla, or I'd verify in-game for you.
