When commanders find life in planetary rings, how exactly do they do that?
If you scan/map a ring, do you see bio signatures, like for planet poi's or is it a matter of just flying through the ring in the vain hope of bumping into something?
Notable Stellar Phenomena show up overlapping the ring when scanned on the FSS and can be targeted and dropped into. You don't need to have mapped the ring first.
