Finding outfitting for DBS

I was wondering if anyone had some info or a search engine to find outfittings for ships. I would like to find upgrades for my DBS's bulkheads at a port around Neto but don't want to relocate to every base to find what it stocks.

Pretty much most large population High Tech worlds. Just set the filter to over a billion and high tech on the galaxy map.

Bulkhead are only sold where shipyards sell the same ship. Try Inara, great tool for what you are looking for.

It's away's away, but my Home Port of HIP 21991 (High Tech - Coriolis Station) with Pristine Metallic ring planets, lots of Haz Res Sites, and its nice out of the way from the main part of the bubble. The station has a brilliant selection of equipment and ships, Have my whole fleet docked at this system.

If you do drop down t HIP 21991, Once you do your loadout, plenty of Haz Res to test it out in :)
