Finding resources to use Rosa Dayette

Hi Folks !!

I plan to travel to colonia to unlock a couple of engineers. I have the Cocktail and Culunary Recipies to unlock Rosa Dayette. However to make use of her I need certain resources. I've seen people raid settlements but that looks too complicated for me. I was thinking when I come to Colonia I put a couple of rocket launchers on my Krait Phantom and go do missions to pick up a package at a crash site. There in the containers there are allways some resources. Maybe that way I could gather the resources to expand my backpack and battery of one of the suits?

Yes, that should work - the containers at the crash sites themselves aren't all that varied in what they contain and there are some resources you can't get that way ... but the mission rewards can make up the gaps.

Reactivation/restore missions are also fairly straightforward - you can again take out any opposition from your ship, and once you have the power plant online they won't get reinforcements, so you can loot the site in a more relaxed fashion.

Do all your farming in the Bubble. A bug introduced in the last update means all systems/settlements not in powerplay scope have no loot/data - which means Colonia has no mats. As Ian said, mission rewards are by far the easiest way to get on-foot mats, but there are a few things that do not appear as mission rewards, most notably Cocktail/Culinary recipies and Faction Associates, both of which are needed for Colonia engineer unlocks.

You don't need to engage in colony raids to gather resources for Rosa Dayette. By exploring crash sites, completing salvage or exploration missions, you can obtain a wide variety of resources.

I've never seen cocktail recipes or cullinary at any salvage site data port. They are sold at a lot of carriers, but I think that is also bugged.
