Finding Thargoid Probes

Any advice on finding Thargoid probes ATM? I've found one in a NHSS5 without a Thargoid interceptor after visiting about 20 NHSSs. Usually there's an interceptor though, which gets angry quickly as I already have a probe and some sensors on board.

Any of NHSS 5/6/7/8 which doesn't contain scouts has a chance to spawn a probe. Your best bet is to just gun it and scoop up the target.... having thargoid cargo on board is actually a boon if you know what you're doing.

If you have no offensive cargo on board, an Interceptor will try and scoop the probe/sensor immediately after the scan. If you have offensive cargo such as Thargoid stuff, you'll have 20 seconds before they open fire on you... that's heaps of time to duck in and boost like hell while you high wake out.
