I am currently looking for a class 4 Frameshift drive and I just cant seem to track it down.
Well I want one and I an willing to pay so I was thinking the game needed a catalogue for the parts that the station don't have.
You should of course pay extra for this service depending on the range to the nearest station carrying the item + delivering time

I like this idea. You pay NPC's to do the donkey work and source the item, costs more and takes time but at least you are guaranteed to get the item rather than the randomness we currently have.

As said above - but also try filtering by population size. The larger, the more chance of finding what you want.

Found it but I still like the Idea.
And why limit the couriers to NPC. Let a PC get the equipment
