Fines and bounties not showing up in interstellar factor.

Problems with the payment of bounty
did a contract killing, got a head reward (bad reputation =0), flew to the station with the inerstellar factor. From the ship as well as on foot does not show the ability to pay the bounty. Went out, went back into the game - no. Although the reward is visible in the transactions. effective...
It's a bug. Log off and come back to the station that labeled you as anonymous. It will either show you the fine/bounty or clear your status back to normal.
I had the same thing happen making a delivery to my home system which cause me to fail my mission (ran out of time coming back from main menu).

its a bit hard to swap between horizons and EDO without logging off...
Might be a super power alignment issue. IE: If the bounty was issued by a faction aligned with the empire, then you can't pay it off at an interstellar factor if that faction is also aligned with the empire. You will need to go to an interstellar factor that is aligned with a different super power. But if you already tried this as well, then I'm lost lol.
