Fines and Odyssey on foot

Does anyone have old fines?

I have some hundred millions in fines and they show in my transaction tab although I am not in the ship they are issued to.

If I die on foot, will I have to pay them?

You will. The fines are now transferred on the CMDR and not on ships.

So was a note saying that all bounties would be cleared on a commander's first login to Odyssey.

Contradictions, like they don't even know
