Horizons Finishing up the Cutter Grind (Marquis to Duke)

Hi Folks, I've been out of the game for a few months and a little rusty but currently trying to find Naval Missions so I can get from Marquis to Duke and spend my 300M credits on an Imperial Cutter.
I'm currently at Morgan Depot at HIP10716 but not seeing any Naval Missions. I was running Beluga Missions previously near Sothis but I'm currently in a sidewinder.
Any advice appreciated on how to get to Duke / where to find Naval Missions.

There are many but do an 'Elite Dangerous Empire or Imperial best ranking missions' with a Google search versus a Forum search. The Forum search is lacking but it is about the BBS system they have no control over. You will get tons of replies including YouTube videos on where to go and what to do. Note research this a lot as not everyone posting knows what they are doing.
