Fire Staff

Yeah I think having a fire button in the staff UI both the main window and the pop up window would be much more obvious. Again silly UI

How (well) does this work for Vendors by the way? We can fire them and they (way too often) quit themselves. However, as soon as this happens, they are immediately replaced by a new guy. No animation, the vendor isn't doing that heartbreaking sad walk that other employees do, and the replacement appears instantly.

When a store closes, it stops the running costs of the shop but you can never really get rid of the vendor (since he gets replaced immediately). Makes you wonder why the Store closes automatically when the vendor leaves. The new guy is still happily awaiting behind the shuttered window, does that mean that he still receives salary? So, the only way to get rid of a shop that makes a loss, is by tearing it down instead of just closing it temporary?

The vendor feature feels really unfinished and even confusing.

Yeah it would be good to see the shop empty and closed till you hire someone. It should of had the ability to hire staff like theme hospital where you can see their stats, abilities, wage expectations etc and selected who you want to hire.

Vendors need to stay gone when I fire them, and I wouldn't mind them automatically being hired when I open a shop. If they leave and are replaced the shop shouldn't close.
