Thsi happens to me, too. Every time there is an inspection, apparently animals are suddenly starving or dehydrated, though they are actually fine.

Well when my bear is pregnant (grizzly) the game reports it as dead in the trade center ^^. But i've never had any inspection bugs

Same issue here. Every time the inspector comes by, every single one of my baby animals is reported as "starving", even though they are at 90% welfare, are perfectly fine, well fed and even still have food in the habitat.

Is the inspector confused and seeing baby animals makes them hungry? In either case they are pretty incompetent.

You probably have to bribe her/him. I have that same "problem", though just as from the visitors, the inspector's opinion is worthless. The only ones who are always right are the protesters, but I have only seen them on youtube. Never in my zoo yet.
