I found my new home this morning LHS 3210, set my beacon and as a solo am 20% through setting up the outpost.
I think the CMM composite requirement is a bit high, rest seems fine, got a Cutter carrying 792 each trip so looking at 25 trips in to complete which in 28 days is doable.
I do think you should have to start with an outpost before going to a massive Coriolis or it should be almost impossible to do in 28 days unless you have a squadron.
Will keep plodding, like that I get my money back, I thought it would cost me.
