First Kill

Early this evening I witnessed two ships going at out outside starting station Azerban(spelling?) I thought what the hell I have nothing to loose so I gave chase.

The attacking ship at the time got his kill as I was chasing him whist I opened fire only getting a few hits before he exploded as well. Not sure if he glanced off the station as we were pretty close.

So if that one of you *salute* you died bravely, next time watch out for "little friends" Not sure if I got awarded a kill or not but it was great fun all the same.

I've been giving and receiving much pleasure outside there tonight. I got ganked by a Backer .. and then again by NPC's. The laughably titled 'no fire zone' is obviously a UN operation.

I was not sure if I would enjoy the PvP aspect but after a few fights I love the game..
About an hour ago in the Federal Distress Area I had an amazing fight with CMDR Ammadon, I think that was his name. I completely out manoeuvred him he barley got a hit on me. Took his hull down quite a bit then he jumped away. My heart was in my mouth and my hand was soaked in sweat after that.

EVE started out like this. Back when everyone was a new fish trying to swim upstream. It was all Good Fites(tm) and Solo PVP(tm) back in the day. Before everyone got big guns and friends.

Won't be long before we get guys in cobras camping the undocks I am sure. Hehe.

In Frontier: Elite II you could not loiter close to stations. Also there was the station Police Force aka(Monty Python Suicide Squad)

I say give the stations multiple Plasma Accelerators.. You wont really want to get hit by one of them. I'm sure there will be something in place for that senario. Even if its others players coming to the rescue.

Yeah I am really hoping they don't got OTT with Team Viper Space Police. The grouping system and steep financial dis-incentives to commit murder which we'll be seeing implemented Soon(tm) will really make shooting offenders a viable career. I'm not convinced it will work; groups work both for and against griefing. Right now its a fantastic laugh. By the end of the week it will probably not be too funny.

Hmmm... that sounds erily familiar to what just happened to me about an hour or so ago. I do believe, good sir, that it may very well have been you who fried my bacon I did get 300 credits and my first kill though on that Federal security ship which was wanted... before you sent me to my maker. Be advised, since I'm pretty sure I was clean after killing a wanted guy, you may have a bounty on your head now... and it may be advisable for you to follow your own advice about watching out for 'little friends'
