How did a thread about my PvP encounter become a thread about someone else's PvP encounter?
I feel as if I just got ganked on the forum.

Yeah, like Jason said. But hey, if Open Forum Play isn't for you there's always the safety of Private Discord Group. Solo Conversation Play is an option too, but if you start responding to yourself, seek professional help.
