Ships First Try FDL Combat

here is what my sanity ended up with:

For your next build:
Don't put thermal boosters on a thermal shield, you lose a lot of hp. Usually it's 2 RA boosters and the rest HD for a thermal shield.
The 2nd tank you can substitute with a scoop, it takes a while to fill up but it's lighter and you can make it to anywhere. Range anxiety is a real thing with the FdL. If you don't need the SCA and ADC put a mrp and an hrp in the 1 slots.
The point defense is not really useful, either chaff or another booster there. Chaff helps even in PvE as the npcs stop shooting if they have gimbals for the chaff's duration. Use a point defense on a trade ship on a mount close to the cargo hatch, to shoot down limpets.

Build looks fine as it is.

Couple things that you might try:

Store the Transport modules, use a fast taxi to go to the next stop, and just ship your FDL to the site and switch over in system..

eg: replace the FSD with a 2D unengineered module, Downsize the existing Fuel Tank, drop the Scoop, extra fuel tank, and the Guardian Booster.
Replace with HRP's, or MRP's if you like. Or add a collector limpet controller and some cargo space to harvest mats? Alternatively a Shield Cell Bank isn't a bad addition.
Once the power requirements drop, resize the Power Plant to suit: you can stick with Armoured or try a Low emission build to control heat buildup. Ship should be faster, manoeuvre better and run cooler with the changes.

If you keep the transport modules, you could do long range bounty hunting assassinations- maybe add in an interdictor and a wake scanner for that.
