I didn't see a section for posting tinfoil hat stuff, so if this is in the wrong place, I'm sorry. But I was leaving Artemis Lodge, one of Aegis's bases, and I saw an adder getting shot up just outside the station. I went in for a closer look and saw that it was labeled as a "Rogue Trooper". When the ship was destroyed it left a bunch of "honesty pills" floating around. What is Aegis doing in there and what was that trooper running from?

Honesty pills
I've been finding lots of them in threat level 5 non human signal sources among the wreckage left by Thargoids. A long with scientific samples, tactical data, etc. a couple of times I’ve seen regular narcotics but mostly it's Honesty Pills. First time I've seen them or even heard of them.

Honesty Pills can be found as salvage from the Federanl and Imperial Naval Battle groups destroyed by the Thargoids at the Distress signals.
One imagines both the Imperial and Federal Navy uses them to interrogate prisoners.
Sounds like that Adder was salavging them and smuggling them, was caught and destroyed
