Horizons - Fix for Settlement not spawning mission required skimmers

Well this Fix does not seem to be working well.. I was doing a skimmer mission and went to the base and no skimmers spawned out.. I have done 8 of these missions since the new patch and the skimmers only come out in 2's. once you kill the 2 no more come back out..

I hope this can get fixed as these missions pay pretty well most times and are fun.. I was wondering if anybody else who does the kil skimmers missions are experiencing the same thing as myself..

Same here, only two came out and that's it. Now I have multiple fines against me and no hope to complete a 1M-credit mission.

Yeah.... Most of the planet based Salvage missions are also effected by the lack of the FULL compliment of whatever the mission specific item is. You are basically doing the only workaround I have come up with. And that is basically collecting all there is, then leaving the site, go back to Orbital Cruise, turn around and re-land at the site.

This has always spawned back the original number of items as the first time, but still short the total. But I just go back out and grab the 1 or 2 additional I need and complete the mission.

Will be nice when this gets fixed.

Kill the 2 or 4 that spawn. Get out of the settlement, log to menu, log back in. Skimmer respawned. Rinse and repeat. I know is not ideal but it works to complete those missions.

If you search near the base for ship wreck etc, kill them there as they count too, this worked for me as no skimmers appeared in the bases...

Yeah, I just skip the base all together and look for POIs to get to the skimmer count. It's faster for me.

I did a mission like this yesterday. I completely destroyed the whole settlement with my conda but it turns out its skimmers "AROUND" the settlement not in iT. just ride with ur SRV around the settlement and find them. I got 9/9 in like an hour or so.

If you set your ship sensors to max and fly above 2km you will find the POIs very quickly. You can usually spot the POI from the air if you manage to find the center of the blue circle. Dumb fire them easily or land and drive over to the POI, it's easy to find with the wave scanner. I've been stacking "kill 12 skimmer missions" and they're super easy this way.
