The issue tracker is definitely not living up to its name. Aside from the frequent total failures (loading issues, random logouts, missing fields, unclear requirements, mismangled quotations, and the very basic not tracking progress), the thing keeps fighting against normal use, not remembering typically fixed user fields like OS and platform, asking for impossible combinations like Odyssey on Playstation with Steam launcher, and repeated captchas after we've already logged in. It wasn't okay when it launched, and it still isn't.
