Fix PVE ships consistant ablity to high wake all the time. PVE module high damage absorption.

The claim that NPCs cheat is as old as the forums and yet nobody managed to catch it on video...

I believe their ability to target modules depends on rank. Not sure how that's following different rules.

There are a few things that are indeed different. Such as infinite MC ammo or jumping through planetary bodies. And of course the magical full health return which seems to be a bug because it doesn't happen always. But that's about it.
Not only planetary bodies but they don't seem to get mass locked by rings. We can jump through rings though, so it's almost the same.

Target FSD
Yeah, I tend to target the FSD more than the PP these days.

The bullet sponge ships in conflict zones give me the slip sometimes, really annoying when you’re pushing a juicy massacre mission.

I made the mistake of doing an elite special ops contract recently and discovered just how difficult it is to kill even a small heavily armoured ship when all it wants to do is escape.

They aren't at all consistent, maybe that's to mimic human behavior. I have overwhelming firepower on my Vette, but when the Pirate Lord (Vette) decides to highwake before his shields drop, there's not much I can do to stop him. That happens about 1/10 battles with Pirate Lords. Typically they try to highwake too late. They rarely fight to the death anymore.
That sounds perfect. It's my experience as well by the way. So most of the time you have no problem finishing the job. If you would make some dumb mistakes after dropping their shields they might get away. And very rarely they jump before their shield drops. That's variety, which is a good thing, and it isn't even annoying variety since the odds are in favour of the player.

For anyone who doesn't know yet, if you're facing a wing, target the escorts first and the flagship later. Apparently watching the leader explode scares NPCs away.

I would be 100% fine with being less bulletspongey myself if it meant NPCs were also not bulletsponges. I'd actually have to put some effort into defence against a CZ.
