Fix the damn murder issue in BGS

The idea that it even has to be explained that having murder count on a per ship destroyed basis vs combat bonds or bounties which are counted on a per session basis completely destroys any balance in the BGS is absurd. Fixing this needs to be a top priority and the fact that it is even a thing is a big signal that FD has a serious issue in the competence of the team they have working on the design of the BGS.

If you remove the second sentence then you'll get a much more positive response.
