Fix the stuff we actually want, not arx

The September update, to put it simply, broke everything. The most prominent of the things broken was engineering, remote engineering isn’t working, engineering at bases softlocks you, experimentals were switched around and there were visual bugs that made it seem like engineering on stored modules had been wiped. This was kind of big, some of the small things were fixed right off the bat, but then the attention was turned to fixing everything related to arx. Arx is all well and good, but to be honest the community cares about engineering more, arx was hyped up but was underwhelming, and now its a meme. Fix the things we actually care about and focus on the less relevant stuff later.
