Names:
Just about all the other Australian animals in the game use Australian Aboriginal names as the default names (including the kiwi which should have Maori names instead) but for some reason the koala, dingo and the Australian exhibit animals, both base game and those from DLC, use regular English names or South East Asian names. I don't understand why these animals don't have Aboriginal names, when most aren't found anywhere else on the planet. I understand why the old base game exhibit animals don't have them but not why the dingo, koala and blue tongue lizard don't seeing as they came with the Australia pack which brought the Aboriginal name pool to the game. It would be wonderful if these animals could pull their names from the Aboriginal name pool out of respect for these animals and the cultures that live alongside them. The saltwater crocodile could pull names from both South East Asia and Aboriginal Australia but if that's not possible it can be left the way it is.
Koala climbing:
The koalas still don't climb. They will only climb that one ghost gum tree and that's about it.
Dingo:
The fun fact about their fur colour is very wrong and should be changed immediately. Dingoes come in many colours, ranging from a white/cream to the classic red and white to a black and tan with some colours being more prevalent in certain biomes than others. Livestock farmers use the excuse that black and tan dingoes are mixed with dogs so they can indiscriminately kill them even though they are almost always pure dingo. This "fact" should be changed to prevent the spread of misinformation about these very misunderstood animals and new colour morphs that can include black and tan and other darker fur colours should be added to the game.
Dingoes are also decent climbers compared to other similar sized canids and the habitat wall height recommendation in the game is inadequate to properly keep these animals. They should be able to use the large climbing logs and platforms, perhaps not so much vertically but they should be able to jump onto horizontal platforms and walk along them.
This is a picture I took earlier this year at Melbourne zoo of a dingo sleeping on some climbing enrichment.
They should be able to perform the chorus howling behaviour like the other wolves in the game do as well.
