Fixing UI irritants and bugs

There are a lot of UI improvements that could be easily made but no progress seems to be made on them ever. I know FDev have competent UI people, but they never seem to be allowed to iterate and improve and fix old, old bugs and user experience issues. A sample:
  • 2 out of 3 of these missions are now completed. No way for me to quickly see which ones in the list.

  • If I click on any one mission, and want to see where the mission is using this icon, it takes me to a Galaxy map view, not the system map where the mission is in

  • If I donate mined tritium to my carrier, when there is also tritium sitting in the refinery, it causes a black adder crash to menu. Every time.
  • Galaxy map, routing a multi jump, always seems to assume Neutron Star boosting is wanted (even though the checkbox is not selected), and because it is already not selected, there is no easy way to re-route the jump without neutron jumping.
many, many more. Can we have a UI focussed feedback session... actually monthly focussed feedback on different topics/areas each and every month would be a great way to feel like progress can be made.
 
There are tons of these little things.

On the malfunction side, we have e.g. the quantity widget locking after unloading one type of items at the search and rescue contact's, so that you have to back out and return to them, in order to offload say a black box, immediately after having offloaded some escape pods.

One frequently travelled spot where things probably do work as intended, but could have a simple quality of life tweak, is on the mission panel, where mission type sections are not only ghosted until populated with missions from the server, but traversal is disabled too, so you have to wait for the download to finish, before you can reach any objects that are not ghosted, such as the "complete mission" button, or the various filters. I doubt there'd be any serious consequences to letting you move around on the panel straight away.

One of my greatest UX bugbear may be how lists have grown over time, having become utterly spammed with new things like fleet carriers, and the new totally separate set of settlements that came with Odyssey, which makes them take forever to scroll through, and hard to get an overlook view of; 'Don't know if maybe indentation has changed in any way in the navigation panel list, too, or if the deluge all on its own is what makes the panel so hard for me to read these days - not much hierarchy to see, if the whole window is filled with just one level, which may extend several items past its confines. Some trade selection widgets have got this array display on them... maybe those could be made traversable in 2D, or something, with fleet carriers segregated to a row of their own...
