Is the habitat conected to the trade center via a path?

Yes, is connected via staff path, now I realized that I can't add animals even in the habitats where they are already present. I also tried in mode with unlimited resources but the result is the same.I don't understand what I'm wrong

You sure the barrier of the habitat is closed? Sometimes its easy to miss a little section thats not closed

I found the problem, to make a try I moved the animals to quarantine, then moved the structure closer to the habitat magically unlocked and made them put on… So also that kind of structures must be very close to habitats?

I dont think so, to my knowledge they can be on opposite sides of the map

Maybe the path from the quarantine centre and the habitat were not connected before you moved it? Or you did not have any caretaker who was able to reach the quarantine centre?
