Flashing lights when trying to land??? help!

Hello -

Every time I try to land in Azeban City and get close to the landing pad, I see flashing lights, hear zaps and my ship gets jostled about, making landing impossible. This is really hampering my trading career! Any tips?

It sounds that for some reason you managed to get a bounty on your head. I think there is currently a bug going around, you are not the first who gets permission to dock, has a pad assigned but is then subsequently shot down.

Do you have by any chance stolen cargo? (Cargo not bought but picked up floating in space).
