Fleet Carrier Accrued costs???

Hi everyone,

My FC's weekly upkeep numbers are weird;

Core costs : 5.000.000 (ok)
Accrued costs : 9.931.661 (wait what?)
Projected costs : 2.336.335 (also ok)
Hull maintenance : 0 (0 jumps)

Last three week weekly upkeep numbers are the same : 9.750.000

What is accrued costs and why this is so high? This week i didn't receive "Fleet carrier weekly upkeep" message, is this related about?

P.s : My active carrier services : Refuel, Repair, Concourse bar.

What is the Accruals Concept in Accounting? An accrual is a journal entry that is used to recognize revenues and expenses that have been earned or consumed, respectively, and for which the related cash amounts have not yet been received or paid out.

The Accrued Costs are those that have been incurred but not yet paid for.
The projected costs are those that will be incurred unless you alter things (making services active/inactive).

I also have a huge accrued costs bill of 16,344,544 plus the normal 5,000,000 and jumps plus a very small projected cost 31,035. I do not understand the accrued costs as the normal costs for additional facilities of about 8,000,000 was levied last week. Total of over 22 million.

However, it doesn't matter in the scheme of things as this is a pittance compared to what the Fleet Carrier brings in. C'est la guerre.
