Where do i find it?
Hanging around Ceos and and saw an FC announcement leaving for xyz in 15mins, and thought yep im going.
I couldnt remember the name of the carrier, how do i find that message again or find the carrier?
Not sure if this is the right place, but i wanted to explore :)

As far as I know those messages are not stored anywhere. If you see one you're interested in, you'll have to jot it down and then find it in the Nav panel or System map. Then you can fly to it.

Well, that sucks.
Would it be logged and readable in external software? I know selecting each carier in the nav panel will show a leaving in x minutes but when there is a list of over 50 maybe more this would be extremely tedious. It would be nice if the FC was highlighted or the leaving in time showed on the nav panel list.
Ahh well, it is what it is.

AFAIK you only get those when you're really nearby.

So if such a Message interests you, maybe stop the Ship and check the NAV Panel for everything that's within ~0.2Ls.
With any luck, you'll find the departing Carrier again very close.
