Ships Fleet Carrier: Cannot enable refuel, repair and rearm services or add Tritium at depot

This started up last week after a 40min server update, and is a bit of an inconvenience for me.

Should I be filing a support ticket for this, and is there anyone else who is experiencing these same problems?
 
First reload the game....

Now.. What is it that you can not do? It is not very clear to me.

For adding modules to your FC you need to be in a FC vendor or administration system

You can't donate Tritium? Is your fuel tank full? Did you go into FC management to enable refuel/repair/rearm? Did it used to work? Are you sure you are on the right Fleet Carrier <- joke, I am certain you wouldn't make that mistake!
 
I installed the refuel, repair and rearm facilities two years ago when I purchased the carrier from the Bunda carrier admin system. I usually disable and enable these services only when they are needed. Now they will not enable. There is 73% of Tritium in the tank and I have more than 2k tons of Tritium in the hold, but as I stated I am unable to add Tritium to my tank through the depot service. Rebooting the game does not solve the problem. This was all working fine before the server update last week.

When you say you cannot add tritium or re-enable services, could you describe what's happening in the UI - are some buttons you need greyed out? Or is the UI all usable, but nothing happens when you try to transfer or re-enable?

Ok, I haven't need to do any of that since the update, if it was a common problem I would expect it to be all over the forums, maybe time for a support ticket! Your CMDR may have become disconnected from your own Fleet Carrier...but that still wouldn't explain not being able to donate Tritium since any CMDR can do that, curious indeed.

Usually when enabling a service it takes a few seconds to come online and there is a small animated graphic in the service tile that starts up. This animated waiting graphic just stays on all the time, and the service remains un-enabled, until I click again to disable the service. The Tritium depot button is greyed out.

How do we file support tickets now? It's been a long time since I played the game, I've never needed to file a ticket before, and I couldn't find anything relevent on the Frontier support page.

No I can still dock and access carrier admin as well as transfer mined materials to and from the hold from my ships. as well as swap ships.

Go to the support page > search for Fleet. The top result is how do Fleet Carriers work, and at the bottom of that page it says if you have any questions you can submit a request.
