Fleet Carrier commodities market

Recently got into Fleet Carrier business. To all with more experience: Is there any information if FCs are still getting tweaks here and there or is everything set in stone?

Some things I did not like about the commodities market is that you can only adjust prices in a small range. Brought a lot of booze all the way up to Rackham's Peak and wanted to also sell at my FC because always waiting 2-3 minutes in front of an occupied landing pad got a bit annoying. However the limits of the commodities market do not allow me to sell liquor at an even remotedly fair price.

So with all my generosity and to quicken the process of unloading at least a bit, I decided to give some of my cargo away, more or less for free. But with selling commodities it is only all or nothing and I could not find a way to put only some of my cargo for sale.

Not being able to sell only some of your cargo, of a specific type, is the reason I dont sell my excess Legal Salvage goods.
I have set my self a goal of 20 of each but sometimes I have more, I would sell these, so other collectors could have my extras, But loosing all my collected Salvage of that type isnt acceptable to me.

I hope they add the feature at some point.

It is bad we can not decide how many tons we wanna sell from our stock, agreed.

I can only imagine why they have limited market prices carrier owner can set, probably to make it more difficult to exchange credits between alts, friends and strangers through a carrier.

that's what I thought as well. But it turned out that you can still transfer credits pretty fast using the market as it is right now.

I like my carrier very much and did a lot of stuff with it since I bought it but I always get to a point where I get the feeling that the carrier interface tries to deny you even the simplest things. For instance, is there a way to show your carrier's cargo in a list other than using the transfer panel? When I use the filter in the market settings to only show stored stuff, it resets itselfs each time you leave the carrier management.

I rely on Inara so much for my Carriers cargo listings.
I have sent Artie, the guy who runs Inara a request to list Items all together as an option, because atm it breaks them down into what you paid for the item.
Which means Tritium for example can be split into 10 separate listings.

Being able to see your Cargo from the right panel in your ship or even on your carrier would be a nice QOL too.
And yes please make the Filters remember what you set them at Fdev

Would be nice if we could buy and sell more rare goods than just the Galactic Travel Guide too.
I would like to collect 20 of each powerplay item too but alas exploiters apparently will abuse that.

I did propose that the carriers have an exhibition hall as a service you can have, when odyssey drops. Which would alow you to place one of EVERY item in the game into a display in the hall.
Not only would that be cool, it would also alow us to collect one of things they are worried about people exploiting as we could not sell it it just gets added to the Hall.

This is a good information! I did not think about using inara for my carrier. The engineering crafting lists are already worth gold but this will help a lot too.

As a workaround for this, sell the mixed value cargo to yourself at single price, then transfer it back to the carrier. This will set a new value to all the items you've bought from your carrier and collapse them into a single listing on Inara. Works with large amounts of cargo as well - just buy/transfer several times.

I did that once but I now have so many Items it takes too long to do and many of the Items are Rares which I cant do that with anyway.
