Fleet Carrier jump: "No time slots"

Amazing, so I am stuck in the middle of frakking nowhere with my FC.
Wow. I'm always kinda stunned at how poorly FDev executes launches/updates.
So basically; "Welcome to the new "expansion" (not)! We're sorry you can do basically nothing. We're sorry we called it an 'expansion' instead of an entirely separate game that will basically cripple the existing one. We're sorry, we're sorry, we're sorry. ... oh, and while we have your money and your attention; we're sorry."
My entire fleet is on my carrier far from any station.
Again frigging broke elite! frontier!
I had a fun evening, I got all the gear I wanted, but the fleet carrier was a big part of my plan for tonight and then I hit a breaking bug, tried to land on a atmo world and the game crashed and wouldn’t relaunch. I tried a couple times, then tried switching to horizons which kicked me up into orbit according to a message, but it wouldn’t load the game either So I’m essentially locked out of Elite. No biggie in this case, I got to check it out, the tutorial mission is great, and hopefully we’ll have a patch soon for the crashes and the fleet carriers.
fyi, they also screwed up with the upkeep. didn't check on horizon yet

I'm in the Trojan Belt with my carrier atm so meh.
I checked earlier and no upkeep was withdrawn out of my balance today
