Fleet Carrier Loadout Issue

i know they temporarily suspended carrier jumps but i am currently unable to change my ship modules through the ones i have stored on my FC while docked in my FC. does anyone else have this issue going on?

You can't do it from ship loadout anymore.
Go to stored modules and then find the one to equip.

Yes. it's absolutely annoying change.
