Fleet Carrier Management Outside of game (API/PWA/iOS/Android)

Fleet Carriers are a wonderful object, if not adequately implemented.
They have a good FC Management interface inside the game, but what if I'm not able to boot up the game? What if one of my squadmates needs an item from my commodity market? What if, on a full tank, my carrier needs to move somewhere else to support an objective? The situations continue.

I'd like to suggest a response to such a dilemma: An app of some sort that embodies the Remote Fleet Carrier Management system that exists in game. You can already do it from anywhere in the galaxy in-game, now you can do it from anywhere IRL. The only thing you would not be able to do is transfer credits to/from your carrier as you are not technically in your ship.

The form of this application can take one or more of the following shapes:
  • API - The API can be opened and released and one of our wonderful 3rd party app devs could make it.
  • PWA - The Progressive Web App would be my preference. All the app without the hassle of dealing with installers or app stores. It could be made so it supports all PC, Mac, iOS, and Android platforms with minimal effort.
  • iOS/Android - Another possible option, this would be disbursed through the Google and/or Apple App Stores.
Whatever the form the app takes, it should be able to do the following:
  • Initiate jumps with the fuel in the tank of the carrier.
  • Modify the services of the carrier if it is in a Admin system.
  • Modify the shipyard or outfitting of the carrier if it is in an Admin system.
  • Modify the commodity and secure warehouse markets to buy and sell remotely.
  • Suspend or unsuspend the carrier services

All for it myself. I would be fine with a simple web interface. Though to be be perfectly honest, I would much rather have auto movement of tritium from cargo to fuel tank, and the ability to plot FC jumps with available fuel the same as regular ships.

Since the launch of the game I’ve been begging for that first external App to be develop further, giving us access to the station menu, galaxy map.
So you could buy/sell commodities, organise your outfitting, plan out your trips, Read galnet.
