Fleet Carrier Mining Facility Needed

It seems real immersion breaking (and frankly laughable) that you have to pay upkeep to support this "virtual crew", but they can't be bothered to fuel your ship. You're a multi billionaire that has the wealth to purchased a gigantic moving station, but you can't pay for mining facilities aboard your own ship? This is a massive ship with a large crew, how is there not a way to employ crew designated to refueling the carrier?!?!?

I thought the first part of FDev's design process when thinking of a new feature was to think about how it would really work. Is this what they envisioned? You're on your carrier and fuel is low. You inform your captain that you will be leaving to search for tritium deposits and begin mining fuel. Your captain stays seated in her chair and just says "Ok, see you in a few days. This massive crew and I will just be here waiting." What a laughable and ridiculous scenario. In reality, I would imagine the captain would interject with something like: "Sir, are you sure you wouldn't rather I dispatch a mining crew? It would be far more efficient that you going alone." Even more believable is that your captain advised you to equip mining facilities and hire a mining crew before embarking on a deep space exploration journey.

So, how can this work in game without screwing up the economy? Here's how. You should have the ability to equip a tritium mining facility on your carrier with a manager that oversees a crew for fuel replenishment services. Hold on, before you fire back that it will ruin the economy, let's also say the tritium mined by this example facility onboard your carrier can only be used to move your ship and cannot be sold or transferred. Also, if you equip a tritium mining facility, you trade in your marketplace and any other economy driven services to ensure that a carrier built for exploration is just that.

Let's be real. It's ridiculous to think that if you choose not to purchase tritium from some market, then the job of mining to refuel a carrier is the direct physical responsibility of the carrier owner. I get that you can try and get real commanders involved to help fill up your tank, but this shouldn't be your only other viable means to skip countless hours of searching for and mining tritium. You're really expected to go out in your T-9 to mine fuel while the rest of the waste of money, useless virtual crew just hangs out on your ship for days losing respect for your authority and intelligence? I don't think so.

A fuel scoop or mining crew that only fills your main tank and it does so at a rate of 75ish tons an hour, should handle any real exploits, as well as leave room for a tritium market.
For the explorer it would allow a few jumps, then they could go off and explore around for a few hours/days while their crew collected more tritium.

This is what the game needs for explorers as its going to take hours to refuel a carrier in the black. Either implement this as a new facility or buff Tritium mining to 1000 tons an hour. Hotspots at the moment are yielding 20% ish tops. Make it 30 to 40 % in a hotspot. This will not break markets as LTD's will always surpass this!

I guess FDev assumed that Carrier owners would work the refuelling of their carrier into their plans, just like real carriers do

Prices! Everything is ruined by a dead economy. How much are you willing to pay players to collect tritium for your FC while away from the bubble? I think most people will mine and sell tritium in a bubble for a lot of money and will not fly with you to deep space.

Actually that would be great to have a carrier-based missions, which carrier's owner can create - for example, time-based 5 days mission to dig N tonns of Tritium during those 5 days for getting money, resources or (!) materials.

The reward can be either player-defined or automatically calculated based on the mission conditions.
